A complete guide to how we deliver your orders, from processing to your doorstep.
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. However, delivery may not be available to some remote or hard-to-reach areas. If your location is outside our delivery network, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery area and the weight of your order. The final charge will always be shown to you before you confirm your order, so there are no hidden fees.
Orders are confirmed and processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Fridays and public holidays). During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and you will be informed if there is any delay.
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, courier schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your parcel using the link provided or by contacting our support team at any time.
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after all attempts, the order will be returned to us, and redelivery charges may apply. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Our courier partner cannot accept credit/debit cards at the time of delivery. COD is subject to order value limits and availability in your area.
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming the order. Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed. MJ Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
If your parcel arrives damaged, open it in the presence of the delivery agent and note the condition on the receipt. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled, and a refund (excluding delivery charges) will be processed as per our Return Policy.
